A care team is built on discernment about people. This course teaches pastors the seven C's for evaluating readiness (with character as the requirement that cannot be waived), how to develop leaders through experience rather than classes alone, and how to deploy a team using the delegation structure of Exodus 18. You will evaluate candidates and design development plans.
