Group members share sensitive things, and what a leader does with that information matters. This course teaches SCCI's four confidentiality rules (informed consent, need to know, trusted circle, discretion) and applies them to hard cases: a mention of suicide, an abuse disclosure, gossip framed as a prayer request. You will also learn when confidentiality must give way and how to involve your coach or pastor.
