Every group needs a leader in development. This course walks small group leaders through selecting an apprentice on character using the Faithful, Available, Teachable standard, developing them with real responsibility, and preparing the group to multiply. You will evaluate candidate scenarios and decide whether each person is ready.

Chapter 3: Developing and Releasing

Section 3.1: Mentoring and Multiplying Well

Mentor an apprentice experientially through 'watch me, do it with me, let me watch you'
Debrief in real time using 'What? So What? Now What?'
Send a mature core with a new leader when multiplying a group
