Correcting Without Crushing

T3 - Coaches and Leader Development

Part of coaching is correcting a leader who is off track. This course teaches how to do that well: agreeing on the problem, addressing the root rather than the symptom, and assigning next steps that give the person hope. The tutor plays a defensive or discouraged leader so you can practice the conversation.
